My sickness doesn’t seem to have gone away. In fact, now I have a new symptom… diarrhea. Must have been the tonnes of water I was drinking yesterday to ease my throat. However, on the good side of this is that I managed to lose another 0.3kg… I take this as a sign that I am breaching my 68kg barrier to move downwards towards my true weight of 63.2kg!

I noticed that I seem to be getting sick recently. Having said that, there are lots of people that I know that are getting sick as well. I really got to force myself to take my supplements. Anyway, the doctor says that it’s a viral infection and most people seems to be getting it.

Was travelling for work, so couldn’t have much access to water. Lots of coffee though…

Breakfast: Fried Chicken. Would you believe that the domestic flight terminal doesn’t have much non-carb food? I must admit that I was quite shocked.

Lunch: mixed food. The hotel that I went to had lots of spicy stuff and very little veg… the veg servings were all with mayonnaise…

Changed today to be a protein + veg day as I see that I have been maintaining at this level for a long long time. Talking to some people and on the forums, they said that its possible that I’m beginning to build some muscles as I had started to climb the stairs, thus off-setting the weight that I had lost.

However, had a company karaoke session cum a good friend’s birthday celebration, so had a small slice of cake and a few shots of whiskey. I think this might damper my progress a little :) When I’m back to work on Wednesday, I think I got to climb more steps.

Breakfast: Took a cup of Yogurt

Lunch: Chicken wings + Grilled Chicken Salad

After being on the diet for 68 days, I only just found out that I had been taking the Oat Bran wrongly!

I had been putting boiling water with it to “dissolve” the powder as what we do with milk powder. The result had always been something with lots of lumps and tastes bad.

Today, I saw a note on the tin which says “Do NOT mix with hot water!” My goodness! so, I just added the powder with my cold yogurt and the powder dissolved in less than a minute and it tastes so much better!! haha.

Well, I hope that my weight dissolves faster as well, otherwise I won’t be able to lost the balance 5kg by the 6th Feb…
